Отправил цц с 2х сторон пасс и утилити им, вот что сказали

Взял фулку юк, взял дед юк, регнул энтрик все как у холдера в билинге, сразу пришло письмо на мыло о том что скиньте доки так и должно быть или я что-то криво сделал?
И 2 вопрос, после того как я отправлю доки я уже смогу делать вцц?
